Professional actors guide the story and adapt on the spot as brave volunteers step into the boots of heroes, villains, and unlikely sidekicks. No two shows are ever the same.
For over 30 years, DuffleBag Theatre has been delighting audiences across Canada and around the world. Their signature style is part play, part improv, and completely unpredictable!
Bring the whole family and get ready to laugh. You might even end up in the spotlight.

The “nearly world-famous”™ DuffleBag Theatre has been performing since 1992 starting at the London International Children’s Festival, in London, Ontario, Canada. Now based in Toronto, DuffleBag performs hundreds of shows a year, across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Marcus Lundgren is the Artistic Director, and Rod Keith is the General Manager. All of our shows are performed with the same sense of fun, innovation, and participation that audiences (nearly) the world over have come to expect!
- Doors open 45 minutes before showtime.
- King’s Theatre is committed to accessibility. If price is a barrier to attending, please request a ‘Bursary Ticket’ at the Box Office.
- Tickets are not refundable for cash, but can be exchanged for credit with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Credits are valid for 12 months.
- All persons require a ticket; we do not allow babes in arms. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Outside food and beverages may not be brought into the theatre.
